Dear Neil and Betsy,

We have enjoyed every minute of our involvement with the both of you.

Since Don and I needed an accessible home for 2 wheelchairs, we know this posed a challenge for you. Not only did you make sure everything was accessible but you came up with innovative ideas on how to accomplish it. We love our roll under sinks, stove top and our oven that opens from the side. Our roll-in shower is beyond belief, you even have the 2 shower heads (one is hand held) in case we ever have to shower in our wheelchairs.

Our Negative-Edge pool is really something to see. There again you listened to all of our requests and made them happen. We love the tiny steps into the pool and the hand rails that you shopped for the best price for us.

That brings us to another fact, whenever we did go over budget, you worked out extremely reasonable fees for us. With all of your contacts you made it easy for us to get just what we wanted for our home.
Everyone you have sent to work on the house has been very courteous and we appreciated you working with our schedules and appointments.

Your follow through on requests has been wonderful. You have truly turned what was a scary proposition of building our first custom home into a wonderful experience. We now have the home we have always dreamed of with all of the amenities to make it easy for us. Don and I cannot thank you enough for making our lives easier and building a beautiful home that we love sharing with our family.

Desert Haven takes a real “custom” approach to building a home. They listened to our ideas. We felt comfortable discussing changes with them during construction. They explained clearly how our decisions would affect the home, positively and negatively. Their willingness to work with us allowed us to build the home we wanted. Another factor that separated Desert Haven from other contractors was their attitude towards the customer and the pride they took to build our house right.
